Valentine in a Hurry!

Gah, it’s Valentine’s Day! You have failed to weave a heart-shaped basket. You have failed to plan a four-star dinner. You have failed to jar up some homemade jam and wrap it up with a beautiful bow. You have failed.

We’re not judging. (Note: This box-topper can also be multiplied and arranged into an artful bouquet.)

But all is not lost. There is still time.

The Paper Made! Valentine’s Day Quick-Fix Kit:

1. Buy a box of chocolates.

2. Buy or scrounge some cupcake liners, a scrap of construction paper, and a piece of wire (or a twistie-tie from your office refrigerator).

3. Follow the instructions from Kayte Terry’s Paper Made!

4. Affix flower to box of chocolates.

5. Smile sweetly and innocently while delivering your thoughtful gift.

Sweet, romantic, handmade, and easy as pie. (Disclaimer: Pie is not actually easy. This expression is a lie.)

This is tragic. Should have checked your website before springing for spearmint leaves and a lame card from CVS for my husband.
