Celebration Cocktail
Ingredients
- 8 cubes Demerara (raw) sugar (such as Sugar-in-the-Raw brand)
- 16 dashes Angostura bitters
- 8 ounces Grand Marnier
- 40 ounces (1¾ bottles) chilled champagne
- 8 twists of orange peel
Instructions
Place a sugar cube in each of eight champagne flutes. Sprinkle each with 2 dashes of bitters and add 1 ounce of Grand Marnier. Just before serving, top with champagne and add a twist.
